Develop Jenkins Build Process to Handle Hotfixes and Point releases

The Jenkins build needs additional development to handle "hotfix" branching scenarios that are likely to come up as the product progresses. Currently, a hotfix/point release using the "gitflow" process requires some manual effort to build and to import into nexus. The overhead is not overly significant, but there is room for error by not having this automated.
