            Description

            Upgrade bidmgr to use the v201309 library: update the pom files to reference version 1.22.1 (see AML-2480), update all imports, and the VERSION constant in GoogleAdWordsAPI class.

            v201306 to v201309 API changes:

            • the disapprovalReasons field moved from AdGroupAdService's Ad to AdGroupAd.
            • "Enhanced" is no longer a selectable field in the Campaign object (Campaign Service : Enhanced bit :The Enhanced bit has been sunset in the service and CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT. While we use the CAMPAIGN_SERVICE_REPORT, we never used the 'Enhanced' field so this change does not impact our code).
