Data loader stalls when uploading more than 30 files in a batch

            Description

            During techOps testing of the dataloader, it was observed that if we were upload more than 30 files (ads, keywords) in a batch, dataloader would stall. Additionally, If we tried to do more than 5 batches in a row data loader would also stall unless tomacat was restarted.
