Location extension fields/labels support the UK locale.

When the UK locale is selected, appropriate address fields should be shown for UK locations. Please replace US "State" field label with "County" for the UK.

For UK, the County field is OPTIONAL,i.e the user can save, schedule or deploy an order without it, however, we will not include the "Optional" text beside the field like we do with Phone Number.

this is triggered as part of the subscriber's onboarding settings and not as part of the user's selection of English-UK locale.
