Description
An order with custom ad text created before Newport migration is not displaying custom ad text or the custom ad indicator post migration. Once migration is complete, you can view the order and see there is no custom ad text indicator in the BA list and if you click View Ads, the custom ad text is not there.
If you click Edit Order, the custom ad text indicator is now visible in the BA list and if you click Edit Ads you can see the custom ad text.
This seems to be another case of content vs. ES.
