Description
When an account is deployed with GBO off, the newBid in admaxBid table is set to 0.
This should be set to 'NULL'
This caused problem when sebidupdater.sh is run.
New bids are updated to Google Adwords but are not cleared when newBid value is 0 (is noticeable when one SE campaign has value and other other does not). But runs fine when it is 'NULL'
