Description
"Max CPC" for keywords does not get updated when "Default Max CPC" gets updated for AdGroups
1) Create an order and deploy it.
2) Note "Default Max CPC" from AdGroups tab and "Max CPC" from Keywords tab.
3) Insert performance data
4) Run abu
5) Run sebidupdater.sh script
6) Check AdGroups and Keywords tab
Actual: CPC in AdGroups gets updated not Keywords CPC
Expected: Both should get updated
