Description
Notifications are being sent for all accounts irrespective of their status
Due to some error caused while updating bids to Adwords, `st-tracker`.admaxBids has a retry count.
On invoking bidIssueNotification.sh for warnings/alarms, emails are being sent for all accounts irrespective of their status like paused, deleted etc.
To avoid confusion, there could be a "status" field added to the mails being sent or only active account's notification can be sent.
