morning-data-process.sh script is still trying to run non-existent generate-discrepancies.sh script

The DataCheckerDiscrepansiesReport class was eliminated awhile back. It used to check report service data against other system data to identify discrepancies. Since the report service was eliminated, this code was no longer needed. For several months this process ran and was unable to find the report service. Since the class was eliminated, the script now results in ClassNotFound exceptions in the log. The call to the generate-discrepancies.sh script should be removed from the morning-data-process.sh script.
