Description
User is not able to deploy the order with disabled default sitelinks without sitelink URL
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a defaultsitelinks for the realm using setDefaultSiteLinks.groovy script.
2. Login to reseller UI and click create order button.
3. Sitelinks are disabled by default and doesn't have sitelink URL. (ScreenshotResellerUI-Defaultsitelinks text.jpg )
4. Click on the RequestDeployment button.
Actual behavior: User will get "This order has incorrect and/or missing fields. Please correct the highlighted fields before continuing" alert box.
Getting exception in tomcat log.

Expected behavior: Deployment should be successful.
