Functionality: Sitelink Editor error within the limit for URL

            Description

            The allowed character length should be 2048, but it starts saying "invalid URL" once the remaining is less than 1969.
            I thought it would have been tested, but same thing happened in English version as well.
            Please check and see if you can actually recreate the problem.
