Unencoded space characters shouldn't be allowed in URL path,query string, or fragment

Unencoded space characters are being allowed in the path, query string, and fragment parts of URL's.

To reproduce:

1) Create/Edit an order

2) Enter any of the below URL's
a) www.test.com/space_in path/
b) www.test.com?space inQueryString
c) www.test.com#space inFragment

The UI should be marking those as invalid URL's, however it isn't.
