Subscriber User can enter complex URL that resolves in browser

some of our subscribers enter complex urls with malformed query strings that AML is currently marking invalid (and thus not allowing the Test URL link to function).

However, these URLs are resolved by browsers and thus makes AML look bad for not allowing the URL to be included in the Order.

URL validation should be very basic, i.e. test only for root domain being valid (do not disallow Capital letters in domain) and not allow email (user@domain).
