All Site links turn to red While saving an Order as Quote.

All Site links turn to red While saving an Order (Having single domain URL in one site link) as Quote.

Steps:

1. Create a merchant and click on create order button.
2. While creating an order add two site links with proper link text and URL.
3. Add one more site link by giving one domain URL (http://x.xx)
4. Click on deployment button and then save button .

Actual Result

Improper Error message displayed . All site links turn to red.

Expected Result

Proper Error message should be displayed. Only the site link having error should turn to Red.
