      Description

      If a user deploys a campaign using a destination URL that will pass AML validation but fail on deployment, such as www.test.com/space_in path/ all of the ads will be rejected on deployment. This results in a live campaign in google with no ads, therefore this campaign can't spend. It is important to note that these ads never make it to google so the errors won't be picked up by post deployment failure reports.

      These ad rejections are being logged in the DB but no errors are being generated via email and the order goes to the deployed state. If 100% of ads are rejected, the order should go to error in the UI and partner support should be notified.
