Daily Reseller Performance Report CSV has Google Column name for Y!J

In testing the daily performance report API for Y!J, the DAILY_RESELLER_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.csv, you'll see a column named google_cost_total. This will not work for Y!J or multidistribution.

We can either make that column generic like searchengine_cost_total, which would be easy, or we'd have to make that column multidistribution to change based on what SE we are pulling that data for.
