Received Partner Support Email (invalid Ads) is not proper.

      Description

      Received Partner Support Email in cases of invalid ads is not proper.

      Steps:

      1.Create an order.
      2. Edit the ads and make them invalid .(by giving alt characters Æ⌠ºú╕)
      3. Deploy the order.
      4. Observe the Received Partner Support Email.

      Actual Behavior

      The BA is showing as UNKNOWN in the mail.

      Expected behavior

      The BA should be proper in the mail received.
