Merchant doesn't receive an activation confirmation email

Steps:

1.Create a merchant having valid email address

2.Click on Reports and send Invite - Account activation email sent

3.click on activation URL and set the password

Actual Result:

Password has been set but activation email hasn't send to Merchant's email address.
