Description
sebidupdater throws error and does not update Yahoo account if bids > yahoojapan.maxCPCBid
com.thesearchagency.searchengines.yahoojapan.maxCPCBid.JPY=50000.00is from /usr/local/tsa/bidmgr/properties/com.thesearchagency.searchengines.yahoojapan.YahooJapanClient.props
1) Create a campaign and deploy
2) Insert performance value and run ABU such that newBid > 50000 say 60000 for example
3) Make sure that admaxSearchEngineAccountActualDailyBudgets value is > 60000 say 70000 for example
4) Run sebidupdater.sh
The following "OVER_BUDGET_ERROR" error is logged

Expected Result: currentBid should be set to 'maxCPCBid' which is 50000
