            Description

            The currently released code for Yahoo! Japan will round daily budgets down to the nearest 100¥. This may lead to underspend. To reduce the chance of underspend, even at the risk of overspend, this rounding function should round to the NEAREST 100¥. A budget of 140¥ will yield a budget of 100¥ and a budget of 165¥ will be rounded to 200¥.
