            Description

            DEMO:

            from the merchant/reports view, user can download csv file that includes all data from the table.

            Please name the file "AdMax Local Monthly Performance Report"

            A cleaned version of the merchant ID field will be appended to the filename. Cleaning means all non-alphanumeric character sequences are replaced with an underscore character. For example if the Merchant ID is: "01-23-4(@5678)", then the cleaned version would be "01_23_4_5678_"
