      Problem to solve:
Currently, TSA reporting team does not have a way to accurately report on Spend to Budget which is shared with the subscriber and used internally to identify any potential issues that may exist with merchant accounts. Having data at the AML Campaign Level will allow for StB calculations to be made at BC, BA and BL levels per attached client facing reports.

There are two perspectives in calculating Daily StB, both of which are needed:

      1. SE Spend / Actual Budget sent to the SE. (This includes Nominal + C/O). SE Spend will continue to be accessed directly from Adwords, however, AML internal report will provide Actual Daily Budget sent to the SE.

      2. SE Spend/ Nominal Budget. AML internal report will provide Nominal Daily Budget.

If the order is redeployed with an updated budget value, TSA should be able to track when that change was made and the new amount. Currently this information is provided at the account level from the Account Level Order Data report.

Please be mindful that there are python scripts that are leveraging this data. Updating/adding data will require updates to the Python scripts, which will be managed outside of engineering, i.e. Silvia/Kishor.
