Subscriber user can track calls data for each merchant via Merchant Performance Download report (Reporting API)

DEMO: Total calls for the merchant will be displayed in the Merchant Performance Download report appended to existing Report, last column. Although this is titled a Daily Report - this is really only a SUMMARY report.

For Rushmore, Call data will be reported at the merchant level (not campaign or keyword level)

adding a new endpoint for v. 2.0 (v1 will be the default version for backwards compatibility)
