When specifying a single distribution (-S 3) on the ABU command line, both distributions are processed

When reruns were performed in the Y!J environment (aml15) to get around the bid > budget issue, ABU was run incorrectly with the Google distribution parameter (-S 3). Even though Google was specified, the Y!J campaigns were processed.

Furthermore, the processing may have been incorrect because the numbers were significantly different from the original run. Perhaps some Google properties/settings were applied to the Y!J campaigns.
