Investigate Bing Upgraded URLs

Implementing URL tracking templates in Bing depends on timing and API support. It would be nice if we could avoid migrating Bing URLs, and have Bing Upgrade URLs supported.

The Bing email says “late summer” for rollout, but I don’t see a solid date. Depending on timing, we may need to do this in two steps. But long-term, yes, we’ll apparently need to make a Bing Tracking Template field available. We can discuss how the timing shakes out – and what to do in the interim (if there is an interim) – when we get on a call.
