Description
Verified this on QA2 Reseller UI using Reseller UI RC build #247.
Steps to reproduce:
-------------------------
1. Change the client locale to Japanese before login to the system.
2. Click on FAQ link after logged in.
3. Verify for all the text should be Japanese for all the FAQ's available.
Problem: FAQ for export Quote as PDF is displayed in English.
