Keyword level call data can be uploaded into DB

Tech Ups user can upload keyword report data into AML db so that AML Bid algorithms, reporting, etc. can use.

sample Telmetrics keyword level call report attached (but this report could be modified by telmetrics - they prefer we use their API instead)

NOTE: the report will include not only calls from website generated phone number (Dynamic Number Insert- from js), it will also include Static numbers that are included in the Call Extensions Ad.

Save data from all sources: Paid, Organic, Referral and Direct.

Store raw data (organic) as it relates to attribution.
