      DEMO: If either Bing or Google triggers an API error during a subsequent deployment request for the merchant (that is, there are already deployed campaigns in either Google or Bing) that cannot be resolved via the end user (by changing any content in the order), then the order goes to ERROR.

      Budget still accrues for the entire order

      All pre-existing campaigns that are not causing the error remain active for both Bing and Google.

      Any new campaigns that are not causing the error go to active for either Bing and Google.

      Any new campaigns that caused the error are paused in either Bing and Google
