Update the googleLocationTargets table with Google's latest .csv data

In August of 2014, AML-3090 was implemented. As part of that issue, we created instructions for updating the googleLocationTargets table (http://kbase.ri.thesearchagency.com/index.php/Updating_googleLocationTargets)

A new googleLocationTargets.sql file was created in a YPG-specific AML Core branch. This file was used for YPG, but it was never deployed to other environments. It is now almost a year old. We should re-run the instructions mentioned above to create a new file and deploy that to all Google stacks.

We may also want to move the file to the content repo since it is something that should be updated periodically.
