The subscriber user can view a quote range that displays aggregate value for Google and Bing by default

After AML-1821 is implemented, this story is preferred UI, if time.

DEMO: after the user selects BA+Location pairs, the order displays an aggregated Quote Range that includes Google and Bing (Bing is not opted out)- see attached UI.

Requirements:
1. It is clear to the user that Bing is included in the Quote Range Estimate. Hover over Bing estimate includes clicks info

2. Bing is enabled by default (if enabled via reseller settings)

3. API can get estimate separate for BING)

1. Default Display of Quote Range for Both G and B with the user option to view more (see breakout between G and B). Note that the both G and B distributions are checked.
2. User clicks "More Detail" and sees Display of Quote Range broken out between G and B (because both G and B distributions are checked)
