Sesummariser does not download performance data for deleted campaigns

while testing AML-3436,

Scenario-1: Test performance data for the campaigns which have performance data in adwords and that are active.

To test the above scenario,

1. Used a campaign that has performance data.
2. Ran seupdate, googlemcc.sh, sesummarize.sh and whsumm.sh scripts and verify the database for performance data.
3. Works fine in all the cases.

Scenario-2: Test performance data for the campaigns which have performance data in adwords but those are removed.

Before testing the above case,

1. Terminated a campaign that has performance data.
2. Ran seupdate.sh, sedatacheck.sh and googlemcc.sh and these scripts works fine.
3. Later, after running googlemmc.sh I ran sesummarize.sh script. sesummarize.sh does not inserts any data in "searchEngineActivitySummary*" and "searchEngineClickSummary*" in "tmp" database.
