Subscriber user can modify GA Events and AML DB is updated

            Description

            Morning data process...
            If user changes (adds or removes) events in GA (per GA scripting on site), AML will subsequently update DB (next day).

            Keep current Event Type Values- however make sure we do not break if the user does change event types. If values end up moving from one bucket/Type to another (the new type) that is expected.
