      Description

Tested with the bid manager build #707 on QA5.

      1. Created an order that have invalid sitelink and valid ads on rushmore builds.
      2. Deployed the order and order went to deployed state successfully.
      3. After installing the mountain dew builds I tried to migrate Ads and Sitelinks.

Note: Order with invalid sitelink is disabled in adwords.

Scenario-1: While migrating sitelinks using "-ms" parameter, I am getting an exception saying like "No feed Items found".

      command: ./upgraded_url_migrator.sh -d3 -a 567 -ms

      Hope this was expected.

Scenario-2: This time when I was trying to migrate the ads using "-ma" parameter, I am seeing the same exception what we are seeing in case of sitelinks migration. And when checked in adwords ads are still using Destination URL.

      command: ./upgraded_url_migrator.sh -d3 -a 567 -ma

Expected: Ads should migrate successfully to final URL in adwords.

Similar issue is seen when migrating orders with all disabled sitelinks.
