      Description

"Exceptional" ads and keywords trigger Nagios alerts. We can reduce these false positives by changing the log level of SQL and also changing the log level on production.

One option is to modify the Debug class to use SLF4J / logback (and eventually migrate everything out of the Debug class). It could use the standard error appender so our current shell scripts will continue to capture output and log to where they do.

Another option is to disable/enable the Debug class in the TextAdDAO and KeywordDAO.
