External API user can Get list of Deployment status for all merchants by Serving Status

There will be an AML Serving status attribute:
Terminated, Paused, Active and Not Started related to the campaigns on the search engine.

user can filter on ALL values

For errored deployments, look at the last successful deployed order and use that serving status.

If there was no successful order, use Not Started as the status.
