            Description

            Algorithm.properties file has the following default bid value
            com.thesearchagency.admax.algorithms.sabb.defaultBid.bing.USD=0.60

            On deploying an order with Daily budget $1 for each SE Campaign (GM/GT), the default value is set to $0.25 in admaxBids table and $1 in BingAds.

            Expected Result: Default value on deployment should be $0.60 when Daily budget is >= $0.60
