Note that this story should follow the same business rules as AQ-43

user can open up a quote via Quote Container that he saved and modify that quote. The quote Sales saves before submitting to Fulfillment will be part of his list of saved quotes. Saved quotes should be only viewable by the user who created the quote or Reseller Manager.

user can select multiple BAs but only one Location at a time when adding to the quote. The UI should allow the user to deselect one or more of the BA/Loc combinations.

for example, user initially selects/adds BA1, BA2, Loc 1. This produces BA1/Loc1, BA2/Loc1 campaigns.

subsequently, user can add BA3, Loc2. This adds only BA3/Loc2 campaign. it does not create the following cross product:

BA1/Loc1, BA1/Loc2, BA2/Loc1, BA2/Loc2, BA3/Loc1, BA3/Loc2.

if the BA/Loc has been entered in the past, the user may update the quote (before it becomes an order)

when Quote page is launched, it will refresh the quote with the saved BA/Loc combos.

if any of the BA/Loc entries have changed, the quote range will be automatically updated

if a quote is updated, the last previous quote info is also saved. specifically, only the BA/Loc list and budget estimate is saved.

it should be noted that if a quote is initially saved without any merchant info, and then the user adds the merchant info, it is assumed the quote is not associated with that merchant until saved. however, if the user chooses to subsequently change the merchant name, the quote will be associated with the new merchant name when saved.

SAVE AS button allows the user to save BA/Loc and create quote for new merchant - so that the user doesn't have to re-enter the same BA/Locs

From AQ-274:
The user can cancel a quote that is opened for editing.

• If they opened the quote for editing and made no changes, and click Cancel, they will be returned to to the list of Quotes.
• If they opened the quote for editing, made changes and clicked Cancel, they will get a warning about unsaved changes. They can acknowledge the warning and go back to the quote, finish editing and saving. They can also continue with the cancel. In that case, the changes are blown away and the quote is reverted to its previously saved state and the user is returned to the list of saved quotes.
