Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. deploy a campaign for a location that has GM aliases
1. remove one of those aliases and redeploy. The adgroup gets removed from Yahoo! Japan
1. add a new alias to that location and redeploy. you should see the DEACTIVATED error in the log.
See attached XML request/response. The problem is the response adds a comma and the AdGroupId to the AdGroup Name
