Tech Ops expects and would like positive carryover adjustments to increase carryover.

The carryoverAdjustments table can be used to add or remove money from campaigns. Currently entries are subtracted from the current carryover amount. Positive entries thus reduce carryover (and negative entries increase carryover).

This has led to confusion and improper entries in the past. It may reduce confusion by changing the processing of carryyover adjustments in ABU so that they are added to the current carryover amount. Positive entries would then increase carryover.

All existing entries in the table on all stacks would have to be multiplied by -1 to preserve their past behavior if reruns occur.

The wiki pages related to carryover adjustment processing must also be updated.
