            Description

            Steps:
            --------
            1. Login to reseller UI
            2. Create a merchant.
            3. Create an order with a BA/BL.
            4. Deploy the order to both Google and Bing.
            5. After successful deployment check the text ads in Google.

            Problem: Text ads are duplicated in Google.

            Note: When deployed only to Google, text ads are not duplicated.
