            Description

            steps:
            -------
            1. Login to reseller UI
            2. create a merchant
            3. create an order with a BA/BL
            4. Deploy the order to both Google and Bing.
            5. After successful deployment, edit the account and re-deploy to both Google and Bing.

            Problem: Re-deployment of an order is going to Error state in Multidistribution.
