Google AdWords account names adhere to naming convention from AML-3751

Since we're prefixing Bing Account Names (AML-3751) with some realm/environment information, it may make sense to add that information to AdWords too. It may benefit AML Lite and AML Direct because their accounts are all currently in one MCC.

For AdWords, we can use the account label service to add labels to the adwords account. This wil be more useful for people logging in to adwords than prefixing the account name.

We can create one label for the environment category (dev4, prod, demo3) and one label with the subdomain.

If we do this for Google, we should have a migration that adds the labels to existing accounts.
