      Description

Bing distribution will not be enabled by default at the SUBSCRIBER LEVEL, but Tech Ops can enable Bing as an optional distribution during onboarding.

Enabling Bing at the SUBSCRIBER LEVEL will include Bing on all new merchant orders when obtaining quotes, creating orders and deploying campaigns. (End User can opt out of Bing via the UI (see AML-3494).

DEMO will demonstrate that subscriber properties include BING being enabled which includes the Bing API credentials. We can also disable Bing (and potentially Google)

There is no expectation to have Bing only merchant accounts. The requirement is to support both Google and Bing.

Separate stories will define the specifics around displaying BING quote ranges, deploying and maintaining BING campaigns and reporting on BING campaigns. Please note that when BING is enabled by Tech Ops, the Bing check box is displayed (enabled) from the Monthly Budget and Quote Range widget. If Bing is NOT enabled by Tech Ops (i.e. Subscriber does not have Bing contract), then there will NOT be a Bing checkbox in the Monthly Budget and Quote Range widget. (please refer to AML-1821 for the UI story that includes the Bing check box)
