Charts in Reseller UI Show Aggregate Performance Data

            Description

            The charts in the Reports tab of the reseller UI display data for all the search engines, not just Google.

            UI calls SAPI Performance Report Service to get the data. Need to verify that the whsummarizer is populating smb.merchant_performance correctly by distribution.
