Required Fields:

Country

For US and CA, both require Company Name, Street 1 and Country AND one of the following:
+ Region, OR
+ Postal Code, OR
+ City

For AU, Company Name and Street 1 are required AND one of the following:
+ City + Country, OR
+ Region + Country, OR
+ Region + Postal Code
