Description
Account level performance data script has the following incorrect fields
[amlops@aml-qa5-monman1 reports]$ cat qa5amltest-account-level-performance-data-2016-01-15.csv
Merchant UUID,Clicks,Spend,Impressions,Calls,Distribution
0,0,0,5,147,Bing
7,3.1399999999999997,1015,0,147,Bing
8,3.8200000000000003,2724,0,3,Google
1) Merchant UUID is missing for the accounts
2) Distribution ID 147,3 is an unnecessary column
