            Description

            Currently we load accounts and authentication details from a CSV file and randomly assign an account to a merchant. As part of Apollo, Yahoo! Japan will be sending us onBehalfOf credentials and we will be storing them (and encrypting the password). Bidmgr will need to decrypt the password and use the credentials for the appropriate merchant.
