Quote Name validation error can be more specific

When the Quote name filed violates the validation rule then the message does not contain field name in it.

Steps to reproduce.

Step 1: Create a merchant.
Step 2: Deploy the request where Quote name has greater than 64 characters.
Test data "The Quote name is so long that it violates the validation rule of the Quote name field."

Expected behavior:
Message should contain Quote.
"Quote name should be less than or equal to 64 characters."

Actual behavior:
"Name should be less than or equal to 64 characters."
