Order having more than 4 site links is not going for deployment . Operation Failed in tomcat .

Steps

1. Create an order with four site links and deploy .
2. Redeploy the order after adding 1 more site link.

Expected Behavior

Order should be successfully deployed with 5 site links.

Actual Behavior

Order did not go for deployment . 'Operation failed ' observed in tomcat log .
