Update the logic in report-account-level-order-data.sh

Currently the account-level-order-data.sh script (in tech-ops feature/multi-distribution) only supports two distributions. The logic to support any number of distributions has been implemented in the Yahoo! Japan account level order data report and should be used in the default order-data script in feature/multi-distribution.

Note: This is minor if only one or two distributions will be used, if more than two, the script will not work.
